BULK LOGISTICS
• Provide timely vessel nomination and stockpile information to loading terminal including forecast tonnage
• Monitor rail haulage into relevant port stockpiles and liaise with appropriate supplier personnel for train weights
• Liaise with superintendent companies regarding rail programme to ensure samples are taken for analysis and advise results
• Supervise loading of vessel to ensure turn of arrival and compliance with all contractual requirements.
• Prompt advise to principal regarding delays, force majeure and vessel sailing delays
• Preparation of daily rail programmes
• Trim and remnant handling

• Stowage Plan
• Statement of Fact
• Laytime Statements
• Certificate of Origin
• Provide customs EDN
• Accept Notice of Readiness
• Prepare Shippers Declaration for Master via vessel agent
GENERAL INFORMATION
• Provide regular status reports on all of the principals nominated vessels
• Advise Principal of any developments that may effect the transportation, delivery or shipment of principals cargo
• Provide any other information and perform other services as may be requested
